New Enhancement to Assignee Information Coming Soon
Recently, AF has observed an increase in assignment errors due to duplicate demand assignments that are occurring for the same business units or user ID. AF will be adding the current assignee information to the Demand Overview page to help prevent these errors and enhance the member experience.
Currently targeted to be released on January 13, 2025, this enhancement will allow parties to view demand assignment details, including a badge when the assignee is a third-party administrator (TPA).
